A RECORD breaking teacher has led his pupils to help smash a world record.
Music teacher Peter Younghusband took 22 pupils from St Aelred's RC High School to the Birmingham Symphony Hall to help set the record for the world's largest orchestra.
Mr Younghusband, who himself holds the record for fastest trombone playing, said the event was a great success.
"The pupils joined around 2,800 other children to smash the previous record, which was set in Mexico with an orchestra of only 2,000."
